Le Central is a very busy French bistro style restaurant
located in downtown Denver, Colorado. In order to stay ahead of the
ever changing and challenging environments of the hospitality industry,
Le Central is always interested in employing hardworking individuals with
a love and knowledge of French food, wine, and culture. Applicants
must understand service and quality control with good presentation and
communication skills.
Positions available include dining room and kitchen management,
pastry cooks, line cooks, cold line cooks, bartenders, and servers.
